Looking for a CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
| The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a wide range of projects both in value and complexity. He will have experience in maintaining and developing client relationships and key skills in project planning and time management and effective communication to manage site based project personnel. |
RESPONSABILITIES: ■Excellent knowledge of project management methodology applied to civil construction field
■more than 4 years experience in managing big construction projects
■Recognized qualification, preferably in structural or civil engineering
■Good background in civil construction field, with relevant site supervision experience
■Previous experience with design teams and trade contractors at site meetings and project meetings
■Has previously contributed toward the project report
■Acted as the key co-coordinator of the professional team in respect to the design part
■Excellent communication skills written and oral in Romanian and English
■Good knowledge of PC utilization including word processor, spreadsheets and project management software.
■Good knowledge of budgeting methodology
■Excellent planning skills
■Good presentation skills
